Preheat oven to: 400 degrees
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup canola oil
2 cups unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/2 cup rice milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Honey
1 1/2 cups brown rice flower
1 cup tapioca
1/2 teaspoons guar gum
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons gelatin
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

- Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well
- Pour batter into a prepared 8.5" x 12" pan
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
